Proactive Monitoring

We know before end users when something is going wrong. With every application, server, database and network we manage, we configure our system monitoring tools to notify trained staff when thresholds are approached. If a system disk is filling up or a web application page if formatted incorrectly, we know and react immediately. Our 24/7/365 support team is alerted via immediate notification, SMS and email. Even if services are running and the network is up, it doesn’t mean that the system is working properly. We take it a step further and configure our tolls to “mimic end user actions” to ensure, at the application level, the managed system is operating as expected.
