The wide variety of AI processes, now easily accessible through Cloud supported operations, has opened a multitude of viable options for enterprises to rapidly evaluate and act on business opportunities. “It’s amazing how much content is out there on AI, and how little of it is pragmatic or truly useful… so much of it is just theoretical or intellectual discussion,” remarks Mark Jones, Neudesic chief marketing officer. He continues, “These AI events are geared for anyone on the IT or Business side of the enterprise looking to cut through the hype and connect with realistic AI opportunities they can execute today, utilizing proven, scalable technologies.”

Ken Kuzdas; Neudesic director of technology of digital workplace services will lead the presentation of the sessions. Ken summarizes the key takeaways attendees will gain from the event noting, “There’s a huge paradigm shift in progress for enterprises to capitalize upon and expand existing business models with AI. We’ve prioritized the topics we’re covering based on technologies that organizations have been asking about and giving them context through case work examples and demonstrations on how to put these technologies to use for their organization.” The event agenda includes:

  • How AI applies organizational knowledge to real world scenarios
  • How AI is expanding existing business models
  • Working with Bots and Digital Assistants
  • Empowering Business Operations through Natural Language
  • Advancing Automation with Machine Learning and Robotic Process Automation (RPA)

Kuzdas uses real world business examples as starting points from verticals including healthcare, retail, hospitality, finance and transportation and logistics to show how AI is bridging human and machine interactions.  He adds, “We partner with clients to provide our expertise to assist them in realizing the potentials of Artificial Intelligence; to apply their organizational knowledge to real business dynamics, to respond to increasing customer demand for technology interactions, and to create greater efficiencies, improving operations.”
