Acceptable Use

This Acceptable Use Policy specifies the actions prohibited by Neudesic, LLC, and its affiliates (“Neudesic”) to users of the Neudesic Network (“Client”). Neudesic reserves the right to modify the Policy at any time, effective upon posting of the modified Policy to the Neudesic website.

Client is solely responsible for the content of any postings, data or transmissions using the Services, or any other use of the Services by Client or by any person or entity Client permits to access the Services. Client will not use any Neudesic equipment or services in a manner that: (i) is prohibited by any law or regulation or Neudesic policy, whether trademark, copyright, libel, defamation or any other law or regulation, or to facilitate the violation of any law or regulation or such policy; or (ii) will disrupt third parties’ use or enjoyment of any communications service or outlet.

Client shall, at its own expense, comply with all laws, regulations and other legal requirements that apply to it in conjunction with its use of Neudesic’s services, including copyright, privacy and communications decency laws.

Client will not violate or tamper with the security of any Neudesic computer equipment or program. Examples of system or network security violations include, without limitation, the following: unauthorized access to or use of data, systems or networks, including any attempt to probe, scan or test the vulnerability of a system or network or to breach security or authentication measures without express authorization of the owner of the system or network. Neudesic will investigate incidents involving such violations and may involve and will cooperate with law enforcement if a criminal violation is suspected.

Neudesic does not tolerate e-mail spamming or similar abuses of its network. A user shall not use another site’s mail server to relay mail without the express permission of the site. Indirect or attempted violations of this policy, and actual or attempted violations by a third party on behalf of a Neudesic customer or a customer’s end user, shall be considered violations of the policy by such customer or end user.

If applicable, Client will enter into agreements with each of its end-users sufficient to comply with the terms herein. If Neudesic has reasonable grounds to believe that Client is utilizing the Services for any such illegal or disruptive purpose Neudesic may suspend or terminate Services immediately upon notice to Client.
