The survey included 150 qualified respondents from the United States and Canada involved in AI strategy and implementation within insurance organizations. The respondents were predominantly between the ages of 35 to 44 (52%) and 45 to 54 (41%) and hold leadership positions at their respective organizations, including Directors and Senior Directors (58%), Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents (34%), and C-Suite Executives (8%).
