The survey included 250 qualified respondents from the United States (80%) and Canada (20%) involved in AI implementation within utilities organizations serving over one million customer meters. The respondents were predominantly between the ages of 35 to 44 (71%) and 45 to 54 (18%) and hold leadership positions at their respective organizations, including Managers and Senior Managers (43%), Directors and Senior Directors (38%), Vice Presidents and Senior Vice Presidents (6%), Presidents and CEOs (8%), and C-Suite Executives (5%).
